Since 2010 the Pauli Center supports visits by eminent theoretical physicists as Schroedinger Visiting Professors. Incumbents are expected to visit Zurich for at least one month, and to give a general theory colloquium (Schroedinger Lecture), as well as a short course on a more specialised topic.

The Schroedinger Visiting Professor in 2012 is Professor Bryan Webber (University of Cambridge, England).
